At this special workshop, we want to tackle specific logical and philosophical aspects of the notions of indeterminism and free action that are central in the work of Nuel Belnap.
The workshop
What is really possible for Nuel (WIRP-N): Nuel Belnap’s work on indeterminism and free action
will take place in Utrecht, at the Kannunikenzaal of the Faculty Club of Utrecht University, on Friday/Saturday, 15/16 June 2012. Street address: Achter de Dom 7a, Utrecht. Time Table
The workshop will start on both days at 10.00; coffee will be available from 9:30. Talks continue until 17.00, followed by a plenary discussion session until 18.00. We are planning to have 10 talks in total: 5 on the first day, and 5 on the second. Talks are 45 minutes, plus 15 minutes time for discussion.
